1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "iwang88", "we", "us", "our" refers to the iwang88 platform and its operating entity, accessible at iwang88.club.
• "Platform" refers to the iwang88 website, all associated pages, gaming products, account services, and promotional mechanisms available at iwang88.club.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or uses the iwang88 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the iwang88 Platform.
• "Funds" refers to real-money balances held in a Player's iwang88 Account wallet in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spin values, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering conditions.
• "Gaming Products" refers collectively to the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, jackpot games, and any other gaming offerings available on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the iwang88 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules applicable to individual Gaming Products.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the iwang88 Platform and not register an Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and iwang88 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede any prior representations, arrangements, or understandings between the parties.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. The iwang88 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. iwang88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend or close Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether access to and use of the iwang88 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. iwang88 makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any particular location. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of local law; iwang88 accepts no liability in such circumstances.

3.3 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. All Account details — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact information — must match your official identity documents. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of Funds.

3.4 One Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one Account on the iwang88 Platform. Creating or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. iwang88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with such Accounts.

3.5 Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Allowing a third party to operate your Account, or operating an Account registered to another person, is a breach of these Terms.

4 Account Management

4.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your iwang88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. iwang88 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify iwang88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security. Notification should be made via the 24/7 live chat support function on the Platform.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC). iwang88 may require identity verification at any time, including but not limited to: at the point of withdrawal, when unusual account activity is detected, or as part of ongoing compliance obligations. Verification documents may include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension.

4.4 Account Closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting iwang88 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. iwang88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). iwang88 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via approved payment methods are credited to your Account wallet in real time or within the processing window of the selected method. iwang88 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payment methods in the name of a third party.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed during operational hours. Standard processing time is within five (5) minutes of approval for e-wallet methods; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. iwang88 reserves the right to require completion of identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform's banking page. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. iwang88 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Deposits must originate from payment methods owned by the registered Account holder. iwang88 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All promotional bonuses offered by iwang88 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards — are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of each offer. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (turnover requirements) that must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms. iwang88 reserves the right to modify wagering requirements with reasonable notice.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit promotions, circumvent wagering requirements, or otherwise abuse the iwang88 bonus system — including through the use of multiple Accounts, collusion with other players, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent — constitutes a breach of these Terms. iwang88 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, withhold associated winnings, and permanently close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically. Real-money balances are not affected by bonus expiry.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each Gaming Product on the iwang88 Platform operates under specific rules published within the relevant game interface or product section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before wagering. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for dispute resolution in your favour.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a verified technical malfunction that affects the outcome of any game or bet on the iwang88 Platform, iwang88 reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. No compensation beyond the return of the original wager will be payable in respect of technical malfunctions.

7.3 Sportsbook Integrity. iwang88 reserves the right to void any sports bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or the use of information not available to the general public at the time of bet placement. Suspected integrity violations may be referred to the relevant sports body or regulatory authority.

7.4 Maximum Winnings. Payout limits may apply to individual Gaming Products. Maximum win caps, where applicable, are displayed within the relevant game or product interface. iwang88 reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly payout limits at the account level in exceptional circumstances.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the iwang88 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any Gaming Product;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions made in bad faith against iwang88;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards iwang88 staff or other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the iwang88 Platform — including but not limited to the iwang88 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data — is the proprietary property of iwang88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the iwang88 Platform without prior written consent from iwang88.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 The iwang88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. iwang88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iwang88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10.3 iwang88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits iwang88's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by iwang88's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11 Privacy & Data

iwang88's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on the iwang88 Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

iwang88 may be required to disclose Player data to relevant regulatory authorities, financial intelligence units, or law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of our obligations to you under the Privacy Policy.

12 Responsible Gaming

iwang88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The Platform provides the following tools accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the iwang88 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the iwang88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the regulations of the international gaming authority under which the iwang88 Platform operates, together with any applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which iwang88's operating entity is incorporated.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the iwang88 Platform, you should first contact iwang88's customer support team via the 24/7 live chat function to seek an informal resolution. iwang88 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all genuine complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

14.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant gaming authority dispute resolution process in accordance with iwang88's licensing obligations. The decision of the relevant authority on any escalated dispute shall be final and binding on both parties.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
